The Olympic Games is about passion. The ambition, desire, and talent of athletes competing at the pinnacle of their sports and the limits of their abilities, combine to push the boundaries of what is possible on the sporting field.
At BEIJING OLYMPIC BROADCASTING (BOB), the goal is to convey this passion by capturing the speed, strength, skill, and spirit inherent in Olympic competition. Each Olympic sport provides a unique set of broadcast challenges which we seek to overcome through the use of the very latest technology. Our coverage aims to encapsulate the tension and emotion of the Olympic arena and transfer this to an audience of billions by bringing the viewer closer to the action than ever before.
BOB is a joint venture company established by Olympic Broadcast Services (Host Broadcaster of the IOC) and the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) to serve as the Host Broadcaster of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. As Host Broadcaster, BOB is responsible for producing and distributing impartial radio and television coverage throughout the Games, as well as providing additional facilities and services to the world’s Rights Holding Broadcasters who will descend on Beijing in 2008.
The BOB team is a combination of leaders in the fields of television and radio from around the world working with highly qualified and competent local employees. We look for the same passion in those who join us as those you see through our pictures.

BOB 是奥林匹克广播服务公司（国际奥委会主转播机构）和北京第29届奥林匹克运动会组织委员会（BOCOG）共同建立的合资企业。作为第29届奥运会主转播机构，BOB 负责在2008年北京奥运会和残奥会期间为全世界提供客观公正、不带任何偏见的奥运会广播电视公共信号，同时BOB还为2008年齐聚北京的持权转播机构提供辅助设施和服务。

Accounting Manager
- 本科其以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验
- 5个月内到位
Job descriptions:
1. Manage daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, financial reporting, banking, foreign exchange, management reporting, and tax issues in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Manage monthly and yearly closing to meet all deadlines and reporting requirements.
3. Ensure accounting practices are in conformity with PRC accounting standards, fiscal, foreign exchange & other regulations as well as internal management policies.
4. Maintain an efficient credit control system and supervise payables to ensure no adverse exposure.
5. Work closely on external audits, and ensure of implementation of auditor’s recommendations.
6. Assist Director of Accounting to run accounting function smoothly.
Skills required:
Higher education and recognized accounting qualification.
At least 6 years experience in similar position within multinational companies in China, or combined with experience gained in an international accounting firm.
Sufficient knowledge of PRC Accounting Standards to prepare and analyze financials and reports.
Good Chinese Tax, foreign exchange and customs knowledge.
Computer literate and proficient.
Proactive problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency. Be self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
