主要职责：
1. Establish ISO 13485system and maintain.
2. Plan, prepare and conduct internal and external quality audit
3. Handle customer complaint
4. Inspect and approve documentation
5. Manage and oversee the operation of QA/QC department
6. Monitoring of vendor and contractor quality-product and system
7. Lead and plant team, achieve quality target
用人要求：
1. Understanding of quality philosophies, principles, systems methods, tools, standards organization and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships , improvement systems , and professional ethic
2. Understand of quality system ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 and its development, documentation, and implementation with respect to domestic and international standards or requirements. ISO 13485 is plus
3. Understanding of the audit process including types of audits planning, preparation, execution, reporting result and follow-up.
4. Develop and implement quality programs including tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.
5. Plan , control and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality
principles which include planning processes , material control acceptance sampling and
measurement system.
6. Knowledge of reliability, and maintainability and risk management, including key terms and definitions, modeling, system design, assessment tools and reporting.
7. Thorough understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. This includes knowledge of management and planning tools quality
Tools, preventive and corrective actions, and how to overcome barriers to quality improvements.
8. Will be able to acquire and analyze data using appropriate standard quantitative methods across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvement
Work Experience：
University degree or above, Relevant work experience 10 years and above at foreign owned company. Age 32-45, Fluent in oral, reading and written English.(CET 6 or above)
