职位: 全国销售经理--木材加工
- 本科其以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验

1. Main purpose of the role: Build and manage a team of technically oriented territory sales managers and representatives. Includes direct selling to industrial end users, especially key accounts. Formulate and apply policy towards local distributor sales. Lead market communications effort. Provide marketing input detailing customer and general market needs to Columbus, Ohio based new product research and development team. (Future) Provide marketing input to the Guangzhou based product development/technical support team.
2. Key areas of accountability
" Hire, train and manage the company GZ sales team.
" Establishes, grows, and maintains relationships with distributors and direct customers.
" Ensures that products and/or services are marketed in accordance with budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability and sales volume.
" Continually evaluates and proposes timely adjustments of marketing strategies and plans to respond to changing markets and competitive conditions.
" Provide written reports detailing customer contacts to the organization.
" Provide input for analyzing market needs for new products and service.
" Provides marketing advice and guidance to the Company Guangzhou operating units.
" Develop and implement market communications program. Market communications include: journal advertising and advertorials, formal new product introductions, industry exhibitions, participation in adhesive and furniture industry organizations.
Dimensions/most characteristic quantitative data
BS in technical field with at least 4 years experience in the Chinese wood working market. Chemical process experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have experience selling the China furniture market, preferably adhesives.
Other requirements:
" Demonstrated success in doing business with Taiwanese and Chinese owned businesses (ability to speak Taiwanese and Cantonese will be a positive characteristics)
" Demonstrated success in building, motivating and directing a sales team
" Minimum 2 years history in providing 'system' sales solutions to the China furniture industry. 'System sales' involves interfacing with furniture and/or adhesive applicator machinery sales.
" Willingness to work for a wholly foreign owned enterprise
" Able to communicate efficiently in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
