主要职责：

Responsibilities
·To lead the Human Resources function of China, acting as business partner to the organization while enabling HR to become a value-added function contributing to the achievement of business objectives. Details including:
·Policy Formulation and Implementation
·Recruitment and Performance Management
·Training and People Development
·Talent Development and Succession Planning
·Internal HR Systems
·Business Partner and Consultant

Requirements
·Proven experience in leading and managing an HR function with a few regional offices
·With past experience gained form MNC or foreign invested organization
·Preferably with Retail or Wholesale industry experience
·Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
·Mature, self-confident with the image, intelligence and interpersonal skills to quickly establish credibility with senior executives, line managers as well as staff
·People-oriented with skills and passion in people development
·Able to work independently and highly motivated to succeed
·Objective in thinking and receptive of new ideas
·Strong leadership qualities with ability to influence others to act on ideas and deal with difficult/complex issues
·Good business sense
·A team builder, player and change agent capable of facilitating change and working effectively with all levels of employees

薪酬待遇： 税前年薪 60万—60万+期权 预计截止时间：2024/5/13
