RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Develop and build up a relationship with key individuals with different organizations and partnership function leads in the region;
2.To create a strong community amongst those key individuals. To balance the needs of corporate, country, region and individuals to deliver an outstanding results;
3. Develop and set Finance Year objectives, target and regional initiatives;
4. Accountable for supporting all facilities and real estate activity. Implementation of global initiatives and programs to region;
5. Responsible for space planning and lease related activity;
6. Deliver on all financial objectives – CAPEX and OPEX forecast and control, direct budget management for individual project;
7. Deliver facilities operations to perform the preventive maintenance for building facilities (air-con, heating, power, etc.) and associated services to keep a world-class work environment.
8. Deliver day-to-day workplace services including housekeeping, office decoration, cafeteria, office equipment maintenance, mail service, reception desk, etc.
9. Office fix asset management including purchase and disposal.
10.Co-work with EHS&S in compliance of corporate standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Facilities operation or related field with minimum of 4-5 years work experience with international companies.
2.Knowledge of all aspects of Facilities operations.
3.Effective communication skills at all levels.
4.Versatility to work cross-functionally as well as work independently.
5.Negotiation ability to work with external parties (service provider, property management company, real estate agent, etc.).
6. Self-discipline and proactive for complex problem.
7. Effective interpersonal / communications skills including a good command of English, both spoken and written;
