职位： 现场安全经理 Site Safety Manager （工作地点: 西南地区）

1. 本科其以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验
2. 5个月内到位

Job Responsibilities:
*Ensures that project construction and erection is conducted by the turnkey contractor and its sub-contractors or the contractors in accordance with the Lafarge contractual safety requirements.
*Implements the Safety Management System for the project construction and erection activities,
*Ensures that the Contractor is enforcing the requirements of the safety manual, the safety rules and the safety practices,
*Ensure that necessary safety training is conducted,
*Participates in the site weekly meeting,
*Requests, as necessary, the organization of specific safety meetings,
*Carries out inspections or audit of the works,
*Prepare the monthly Lafarge safety reporting for the project construction and erection activities,
*Reviews and checks the conformity of the tools, equipment, scaffolding used on site by the Contractors,
*Controls the safety records and logbooks maintained by the Contractors,
*Empowered to remove from site any contractor employees not complying with safety requirements or to stop any site activity executed in unsafe conditions,
*Proposes disciplinary actions to the Project manager against Contractor employees and /or against Contractor,
*Participates in the investigation and root cause analysis of any accident or near-missed accident,
*Issues a project closeout report on safety.
*Reports to Project Manager (operationally) and to Project Dpt. Safety Manager (functionally)

Necessary Qualifications:
safety engineer with extensive experience of safety management on civil works and construction site of large scale projects. The incumbent should be strict and rigorous with safety related issues, and should also have good knowledge of MS Office software and fluent English as a working language.
