Job Responsibilities:
*Work closely with BU President in drawing up and implementing the company's human resource strategy based on current business development.
*Design and integrate the company's organizational program and structure based on current business development and employees’ competency.
*Formulate and implement recruitment strategies for various stages of the company's rapid development;
*Setting up employee competency model, manage people development plans and career path.
*Design and implement competitive salary packages to attract and keep talented employees.
*Design and integrate a performance management system in order to promote the company's performance culture.
*Manage employee relationship and communications.
*Build and developing the HR department.

Necessary Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree or above, major in HRM, psychology or related management field.
*More than 10 years HR experience, at least 3 years experiences in international companies in manufacturing industry.
*Abundant experience with organizational structure design, HR strategies, talent recruitment and development, creation of compensation packages, performance evaluation, job training, personnel career development, and other areas of HR.
*Strong people management skills, organizational/time management skills, negotiation and communication skills
*Quick learner, good sense of responsibility, meticulous, willing to take initiative and lead change.
*Familiar with financial and accounting software tools and systems with high level computer skills especially Excel.
