WHAT WE DO:
Freewheel is creating the technology platform for the future of online video advertising. It will enable both owners of video content and video distributors to grow and monetize their online audience through online video advertising. As increased online content selection and control shifts to consumers, the result is a drastic increase in complexity of management and control by the content owners and distributors. Our system solves this pressing need which is not being served by any of the existing advertising management systems.
Based on deep research with multiple players in the industry, we have great confidence that we are filling a core business need and have the opportunity to change the way online video advertising is conducted. We anticipate that we will see rapid growth due to the unique nature of our solution and benefit by growth of the overall online video marketplace.

Our system meets the needs of Online Content Owners (for example, CBS, Fox, SciFi.com, etc.), Content Distributors (for example, Veoh, MySpace, YouTube, etc.), and Retail Distributors (for example, Blockbuster, iTunes, Netflix, etc.).

We believe that online video distribution has the potential to beat television at its own game over the next decade. By enabling the players in online video to monetize and grow their audiences, we can shape an industry that is on the bleeding edge of change. The Business/Office Manager position working in our China office, is responsible for managing the day to day affairs of the China Operations.
The Position
The primary responsibilities for the position are summarized as follows:
General Office Responsibilities
· Provide to the company various administrative services as needed
· Monitor and manage facilities related activities, including
maintenance of the general office space
· General Reception – Receive all company guests
· Benefits Management –manage enrollment, changes and activities for
employees
· Maintain employee personnel and contractor files
· Order and maintain adequate inventory of supplies, food items etc.
· Company activities – coordinate all employee and other company
activities as needed
· Manage employee relations program
Accounting Responsibilities
· Maintain Vendor Files and Invoices
· Receive all incoming invoices, route for approvals, enter into
accounting system
· Vendor Management – insure timely accurate payment of vendor
invoices
· Cash Management –Maintain Cash Logs and manage bank activities –
prepare checks, reconcile accounts, etc.
· Insure timely preparation of monthly financial statements and
analysis
· Insure the timely preparation and filing of the China subsidiary tax
and governmental filings
