| 个人评价： | Dear Hiring Manager,In the intense global competition in applying cutting-edge technologies in handling big data, I am the right person to have on your team, if your company wants to successfully applying state-of-the-art technologies and pipelines to solve real life use cases, like we did in cancer genome research that led to FDA’s accelerated approval of Merck’s KEYTRUDA®, which placed Merckin the leading position in immunotherapy in cancer. By having me, youwill get All-in-One benefits: combining over 15 years of hands-ontechnical experience in linux, cluster, high performance computing (HPC), cloud computing, databases, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), quantum computing (QC), blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), successfully implemented in clinical and biomed research with TBs data. Taking advantage of my previous full faculty position at Johns Hopkins Medicine, I have a strong belief that I will benefit your firm in many ways.Led teams competed and won numerous technical contests on national and international levels across industries and served as referee and judge at Hopkins Robotics Cup for many years, I have a deep understanding of real-life big data, sensor fusion, hardwareplatform, software architecture, methodologies,frameworksand algorithms that could solve the real life problems. The“Partial Differential Equation (PDE)-based price model” and “Time-Seriesequity forecasting algorithm” were honored by the International Interdisciplinary Contest (ICM)and Chinese Mathematical Modeling ContestCommittees, respectively; the “Optimized LiHmolecule energy using refined Variational Quantum Eigensolver(VQE)algorithm”, came into the top-10 teams from more than 5000 participantsin the IBM QiskitGlobal Summer School; the “Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)-based Real-Time motion control system”and “De Novo High Fidelity Wireless Voice Signal Transmission System via Laser Beam and Infrared Channel”wontheNational Electronic Design Competition and the former technology has been transferred to Sunplus Technology CO., LTD (TT:2401),Taiwan.As a member of the core team of clinical trial ofMerck’s KEYTRUDA®(pembrolizumab)in treating Mismatch Repair Deficiency / Microsatellite Instability (dMMR/MSI)patients, I firsthand handled the genomic profiling part, throughout the trial that allowed pembrolizumabto be granted the first and the only FDAtissue-agnostic approval. This historic FDAapproval kept Merckon the frontier in the fierce competition inthe global immune-oncology market, far better than any other firms’ drugs. In the U.S. alone, the sales were $11 billion in 2019 and the market size is projected to approach $200 billion by 2025. Since this groundbreaking work, there are hundreds of extended clinical trials related to dMMR/MSIstatus registered from all over the world. There are dozens of drugs based on genetic markers in the phase I/II basket trials. This genetic biomarker-led approval is a leap for future cancer indications.I have beensuccessful in many career paths I pursued so far and my background covers all aspects of lifecycles of product development from collecting, aggregating and cleaning complicated 3-billion-base-pair human genome data, developing cutting-edge, customized Machine Learning algorithms and pipelines, retrieved clinical information, validating to FDAapproval; from drafting proposals to publishing, handling media and Intellectual Property (IP) protection; and business practice –from market research, financial modeling, competitive analysis, to strategic consulting. Developing and applying hundreds of algorithms, packages and libraries in solving issues across industries has given me deep understanding of data, from the big picture market level, down to the implementation coding level.All the above made me a rare gem in the market.
