Over the past number of months we have been approached by several interested parties in relation to potentially acquiring the ChinaHR business。

After numerous weeks of discussion we have agreed to sell the ChinaHR Business to 58.com and this sale will be completed imminently。

58 is an extraordinary NYSE listed internet company. 58 has agreed to acquire the China HR brand and other assets. In the future 58 will keep the brand of China HR and keep supporting the business of China HR. For example, 58 will share its great advantages in marketing, products and network traffic with ChinaHR。

We have engaged FESCO to commenced termination discussions with all our staff today, Fesco have all details relating to your compensation package and they will discuss this on a one to one basis with you。

The compensation package for all staff is N + 2, payment will come directly from FESCO, they will pay you N + 1 at the end of May and the final amount at the end of August。

Meanwhile, 58.com hopes to hire the majority of you to continue to grow the China HR business. 58.com will be coming to our offices today to discuss with you during today and into the early days of next week。

If you sign a new contract of employment with 58.com, this will not impact on the amount due to you or the timing of the payment。

For the staff that will transfer to 58.com, you will be working for ChinaHR until close of business next Wednesday 13 May and will transfer to 58.com on Thursday 14th May。
那些将转去为58同城工作的员工，你们将从5月14日下周四正式转去58同城工作，在此之前你们将继续为中华英才网工作直到5月13日下周三。
We will require all our staff to come to the office next week and we will be operating the business as normal whilst also documenting handover documents for between today and next Thursday。
