- 硕士其以上学历,8年以上相关工作经验
- 5个月内到位
Report to: General Manager
Location : Beijing
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Supervise the Product/Marketing Managers to work together with the Territory Managers to set product sales targets for all our product lines in all territories in relation to department and client goals;
- Develop and implement product marketing budget for all product linesby territory in relation to the territory product sales targets;
- Set country wide product pricing policies in relation to department and client goals; Assist product managers in setting strategically correct and reasonable pricing for the market;
- Create and implement payment terms policy for all different product lines according to the company and department policy; Supervise the Product/Marketing Managers to work out special payment terms in relation to the demands of the front line market (for use by Territory Product Sales persons and Territory Managers), negotiating with clients for flexibility if necessary;
-Oversee creation and direction of marketing plans in line with sales targets and marketing budgets.
-Work closely with Territory Managers to coordinate marketing policies which facilitate sales at the target levels;
-Work closely with Service Department Manager so that customers are served well, and cohesiveness is achieved;
-According to the department development strategy investigate available new products for distributorship possibilities and assess what new products our target customers want;
-Supervise the Product/Marketing Mangers to create the sub-dealer network if the product line requires it. Maintain the high-level regular contact with the managers of the sub-dealer companies.
-Create a systematic approach to team meetings and regular communication with the territory sales teams;
-Supervise the Product/Marketing Managers to maintain excellent client relations, with constant communication;
-Supervise the Product/Marketing Manager to maintain relations with counterparts at upper levels of Chinese organizations (Academy Organization,
Publishers of Academy and Clinical Journals, MoH, Exhibition Organizers,
Public Relations and Advertise Organizations, etc.)
-Be aggressive, enthusiastic and customer-oriented. Be creative in suggesting marketing ideas to Product managers, and assist in the implementation of advanced marketing techniques;
-HR tasks: set goal and C&B budget for the marketing and sales team, review subsidiaries’ work performance, and preparation of the succession plan in the manager level for the marketing and sales teams;
-Recommendations for hiring/firing/promoting for the marketing team including Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Application Managers. Directly supervise Product/Marketing managers;
-Recommendations for hiring/firing/promoting for the sales team including Territory Managers and sales persons;
-Develop team spirit and cohesiveness within the marketing group;
-Identify the needs of training for the employees in the supervision and provide training to employees who need more skills to do their jobs.
