Overall Responsibility:
Being responsible for development and aggressive growth of assigned region or sales distribution management for relevant Consumer Digital Imaging Group (CDG) products in the channel.
Key areas of responsibilities
Manage and develop KEX channel to achieve aggressive sales growth in terms of revenue and margin.
Manage and work with channel partner of distributors.
Be accountable for achieving the monthly sell-in or sell-through target through working with channel partner or distributor sales force as well as managing with Kodak sales team
Lead and manage the sales team in market penetration, new business development, market share, and retail outlets management.
Work with channel marketing to drive incremental sales through promotional activities and marketing programs.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in the job, the candidate must possess the following:
University graduate
At least 5 years regional sales management or distribution management experience in FMCG or consumer electronics industry with successful track record in growing assigned territory/channels
Strong sales management experience and leadership skills
Be willing to take challenges and bear tough business targets

- Must be able to work well with the team and aligned to the business
- Must have a well developed sense of urgency to deliver results
- Must have effective communication capability
