工作职责：
1、 负责公司财务管理，制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策。
2、 负责制定公司利润计划、资本投资、财务规划、开支预算等。
3、 制定和管理税收政策方案及程序。
4、 负责现金管理和现金预测
5、 负责主导公司ERP上线工作；
6、 主管公司各部门全年预算的编制和月度预算控制
7、 监管各项财务活动及处理程序
8、 因业务发展需要向其他的相关人员提供各种管理报表
9、 主导公司外部审计工作
10、 能快速识别个人及团队的优势并在现行基础上挖掘发展员工需求。
11、 完善团队成员的职业发展计划
12、 建立健全公司内部核算的组织、指导和数据管理体系，以及核算和财务管理的规章制度。
13、 审核公司财务报告，包括月、季度、年度的公司利润表、资产负债表、现金流量表及财务分析报告等。
14、 组织公司有关部门开展经济活动分析，组织编制公司财务计划、成本计划、努力降低成本、增收节支、提高效益。
15、监督公司遵守国家财经法令、纪律，以及董事会决议。
Job Description:
1. Take charge of finance management, establish、maintenance and improve finance policy and procedure.
2. Set up profit plan、investment management、finance programme and budget.
3. Make and manage tax policy and plan and procedure.
4. Take charge of cash management and forecast.
5. Take charge of initiating ERP.
6. Lead to set up and control each department’s budget work, both monthly and yearly.
7. Monitor finance activities and processes.
8. Prepare other management reports as required to assist in the running of the business.
9. Dominate annual audit job
10. Identify individual and team strengths and development needs on an ongoing basis.
11. Develop professional development plan for each staff of team.
12. Perfect the structure of internal account, direct data management system and financial policy.
13. Audit finance report, including monthly, quarterly and annual PL、BS、Cash Flow and finance analysis report.
14. Organize economic analysis activity, formulate financial plan and cost plan to reduce the cost and increase benefit.
15. Supervise the cooperation to obey National policy and Board decision.

任职资格：
1. 精通财务税法知识；
2. 善于管理内审、成本控制、财务报表等各方面内容；
3. 很好的领导指导团队成员；
4. 良好的沟通技能；
5. 具备处理复杂综合事项的领导能力；
6. 学士学位，财管专业，CPA优先；
7. 十年以上财务工作经验，至少5年管理经验；
8. 成熟、自励、有责任心、有团队合作意识；
9. 熟练掌握英语和电脑技能；
10. 面对压力时能够高效及时完成工作；
11. 海归优先。
Qualification：
1. Profound knowledge of finance and tax regulations
2. Be skilled in managing internal audit、cost control、finance report and so on
3. Ability to train, coach and direct the financial staff
4. Effective communication skill.
5. Leadership ability to deal with complex situations and influence decisions
6. University Graduate, Accounting degree (CPA will be preferred)
7. 10 years above experience of Finance & Accounting experience of which at least 5 years in Finance Management.
8. Mature, responsible, team sense, self-motivated with high integrity
9. Proficient in both English and Computer
10. Able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadline
11. Working experience abroad is preferred
