职位要求：

本科其以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验
2个月内到位

主要职责：

Responsible for overall performances at the ODM meet Apple’s requirements.
2. Manage day to day operations to meet weekly MPS per WW planning's priority, region's mix and overall pack out qty with explanation of shipment delta, cycle time goal; articulate impact on the organization in revenue and costs.
3. Local support in taking the lead to facilitate the communication and co-ordination on cross functionally issue and business.
4. Strong sense of urgency to take immediate recovery actions and follow-ups.
Job Responsibilities:-
1. Coordinate with material team, planning team, quality team, logistics team and headquarter NPI team, to ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production target and shipment target are met.
2. Order Cycle Time (OCT) and Time Dependency Model (TDM) Management
3. Short term and long term capacity planning and execution.
4. Early Involvement with New Project Development.
5. Team Building and Provide Guidance to OEM.
6. Establish Good Working Relationship with Local OEM and 2nd Tier Suppliers.
7. Create relevant management reporting to support the business with high data accuracy on a weekly basis and communicate in a timely manner.

1. Local or be prepared to station in China and work in a factory environment.
2. Minimum 12 years experience in manufacturing industry with Planning, Material Management or project management background.
3. Analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skill and interaction with people
5. Result oriented
6. Willing to work from OEM factory
7. English & Mandarin proficiency
8. Pleasant personality
