职位: HR Manager of Operation

- 本科其以上学历,8年以上相关工作经验
- 1个月内到位
Support HRD in project initiation and execution in regard of HR operation management, eg. process review, re-alignment and synchronization, guidelines, policies, CNB process and execution, performance management, HRM (ERP) implementation, etc.
Good experiences at HR operation management; including but not limited to HR process management (on boarding; exiting; CNB – both theory and practice, eg. Payroll management, salary structure and incentive scheme, job grading system, attendance management, and so on; polices; labour relations; trade union, etc.), HRM system, performance management system, KPI processes, outsourcing management, etc. (priority in order)
More than 8 years’ experiences in HR; at least 2 years as generalist.
Quick learner; achievement oriented; logical and structured; fast in action with follow-up.
Good communicator with team spirit.
Good with excel, data management and presentation.
Prefer to have FMCG / service industry background in a sizable organization.
