Job Description:
The HR Manager serves as a liaison between the business lines and HR to assess human resource needs in areas such as organizational development, performance management, compensation, career development, and management development. To be successful, the HR Manager must understand the key business plans and drivers, and be able to translate business goals into HR deliverables.
The primary goal is to integrate into business teams as a trusted partner to help diagnose problems and identity and drive appropriate solutions. Will also be an active member of HR team, driving and supporting cross-department initiatives, and partnering with recruiting, C&B and HRIS to ensure the most effective solutions are delivered in support of the business.
Daily tasks will include:
Initiate posting, sourcing, recruiting for variable HC to meet peak-time and non-peak time needs.
Implement and communicate policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees, make sure all HR policies are up-to date and in compliance
HR vendor searching and management
Focal contact person for local government
Prepare CS HR reports including but not limited to: headcount reports, work-hour reports, training report, hiring and attrition reports etc. as per request for the company and labor authorities
Participate in other HR related projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or business related discipline. Advanced degree, including MBA is preferred,30-40 years old.
Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience in organizational development, recruiting and managing venders.
Strong background as a HR generalist with strength in change management, performance management, and organizational development.
Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
Rich experience in building new factories in different areas is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, evaluations and other similar papers.
Agility thought, with the experience in Carding process, project management.
Be good at staff relationship and KPI performance.
Excellent understanding and commitment to diversity and an inclusive workforce.
English and mandarin fluency is required
Experience in a fast paced, complex environment.
