"1) Based on leading practice, conduct deep analysis and assessment on issues in company's end-to-end process management, provide overall solutions, and guide the implementation the solutions in the company.
2) In a certain business area, effectively identify significant issues of business processes and provide solutions, to effectively improve efficiency and reduce costs.
3) Guide the design of the corporate process architecture and process management system, effectively guide and drive Process Owners to manage business processes in a standardized and orderly way, continuously improve process operation efficiency and quality, and reduce process operation costs and risks.
4) Participate in or lead teams to implement key corporate business transformation projects, and be accountable for the success of project solutions. "
"1) Bachelor degree or above
2) Have 8+ years experiences in one of these areas or relevant work in global well-known NEP companies: marketing, channel, brand, sales, service, R&D, finance, supply chain, corporate operation management.
3) Have deep understanding on operation model of the above business areas in telecom equipment manufacturing or enterprise IT industries.
4) Deeply understand business requirements of customers (operators) in this industry and understand industry development trends.
5) Have strategic thinking.
6) Have experience to guide cross-department cooperation.
7) Can use English as working language.
8) Prefer holders of certificates such as PMP, 6 Sigma and similar certificates. "
