主要职责：

1.Develop operational plans designed to achieve the strategic objectives set by the Board of SMI Photon, including schedule and financial objectives.
2.Translate strategic objectives into tangible, measureable goals and actions across key performance dimensions of client expectations, quality and innovation, productity and profitability.
3.Design and implement the management, quality, and occupational health & safety systems necessary to comply with corporate governance principles and policies set down by the Board of SMI Photon, and to ensure ongoing business certifications by education industry authorities and other regulators as appropriate.
4.Motivate and drive line managers to generate student enrolments, and provide
follow-through operational support facilities and services, to achieve revenue
growth across both the education and production business segments, balancing and optimizing capital and operational resources provided.
5.In consultation with the Marketing & Sales Manager, devise marketing plans for both the education and production business segments that ensure student enrolment and other throughput targets are achieved
6.In collaboration with line managers, monitor resource utilization and consumption rates to ensure optimal use of resources, seek continuing operational improvements in effectiveness and efficiency, and identify waste and external opportunities to recover the cost of any idle capacity.
7.In consutlation with the Chief Operating Officer, conduct effective representations and negotiations with executives of domestic film production
companies to secure an increasing share of visual effects and animation service work for SMI photon commensurate with the development of production capabilities and skills.
8.Conduct regular reviews of the performance of line managers with a view to
reinforcing delegated authorities and expectations and increasing motivation and focus on targets, as well as innovative solutions to operational challenges.
9.Provide the Board of SMI Photon regular organizational performance updates and concise reports that are objective and include realistic evaluations of prospective performance and well-considered recommendations.

1.Education/qualifications：Masters Degree in Management or Finance discipline
is highly desireable.
2.Level of experience：Track record in similar positions having ultimate, day-to-day operational responsbility to achieve set objectives
3.Expertise required：Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work autonomously and decisively to resolve conflicts in operational resources and schedules, and to remove impediments to organizational improvement and
innovation.
4.Language Skill：Chinese and English - Highly fluent and effective in all types of business communications.
5.Special certificate：n/a
6.Other：Knowledge of the key success drivers in the film and education industries is highly desireable.
