主要职责：

Overview
IT Services department provides extensive IT services to the business. The group exists to ensure that all business areas receive excellent IT support and services which allow them to be more productive and competitive. The IT department is organised so that we can deliver high quality end-to-end services to the users and at the same time provide good career and technical development opportunities for IT staff.
Responsibilities
·Manage a team of 18 IT professionals to provide IT services to 1600 end users.
·Lead a small infrastructure team to support Exchange, IP Telephony, Applications and the Network.
·Implement a Helpdesk system and manage the Helpdesk team to provide consistent helpdesk services across all offices.
·Deploy and support IT infrastructure at a number of branch and client offices
·Provide IT support for conferences and marketing events

用人要求：

Requirements
· A degree holder in business administration, information technology, accountancy or a similar discipline
· 7+ years working experiences in IT and at least 3 years in a senior management position.
· Familiar with Microsoft desktop and server products, Cisco routers and switches.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills and strong business acumen preferred
· Fluent in verbal and written English
· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
