主要职责：
Responsibilities:
1.Lead dept. on Procurement, Imp. & Exp. and Warehouse of East China.
2.Responsible for purchase of equipment, material, spare parts, sub-contract service, admin purchase and etc.
3.Achieve company purchase cost saving target.
4.Supervise purchase activity strictly in line with purchase procedure.
5.Closely work with user departments and other related departments.
