- 本科其以上学历,10年以上相关工作经验
- 1个月内到位
-Bachelor Degree or above, in English, Marketing, International Law, MBA, International Business, and International Trading, or other majors. with 2+ years study or working abroad background.
-Excellent written and verbal English and other foreign language is a plus.
-Minimum 10 years experience in Overseas Sales & Marketing functions, at least 6 years managerial position in Group, MNC or JV enterprises.
-Ideally experience and good performance in solar cells, Selective Cells, HP cells, Solar PV products, PV cells and modules, Transformer, or other related industries etc.
- Identify new product and business opportunities. Projects negotiation experience with government, terminals from all the world and development of direct sales while managing various sales channels and distributors is a plus.
-Strong skills of establishing and directing profitable and effective marketing and sales program at home & abroad.
-Ability to communicate and manage changes, Keep the track of dynamics markets of the main clients, competitors, and suppliers, adjust marketing strategy timely and efficiently.
-A mentor who has inspired, trained, and developed people for their career development.
- Good numeric sense, knowledge of finance/ accounting/ statistics is a plus.

- Lead/ Supervise / Train a sales team to achieve/ maximize the regional sales and profit target, ongoing contribution to company morale and success as a key member of management team.
- Identify key prospects and marketing opportunities to increase the growth of business and brand image as well.
- Ensure adequate focus on existing and possess ability to open up new national key accounts to capture long term contribution and provide marketing plan, strategic platform for future development.
