1.To maintain close contact with existing and potential customers to identify needs and market situations.
2.To achieve a clear understanding of a customer’s needs and objectives through undertaking and understanding market and technical researches.
3.To maintain close contact with all departments in the company to ensure common awareness of company objectives.
4.To serve as liaison with technical departments to achieve balance between the needs and the services produced.
5.To maintain closest possible contacts with management to ensure appropriate costing and pricing.
6.To avail market updates and customer services feedback and to be involved in product innovation and development.
7.To keep service department well informed to progress and changes in plans.
8.To ensure service range is revised constantly and updated based on market needs and circumstances.
9.To monitor and control every aspect of the physical distribution of services by company.
10.To ensure all the company’s activities contribute to achieving the company’s aims at a profit.
11.Maintaining constant contacts with existing accounts, while directing and / or implementing marking functions to gain market shares and new customers.
12.Preparing and submitting business and marker information / plans resulted form clear understanding of a customer’s needs and objectives through undertaking and understanding marker and technical researches.
13.Working closely with and directing marketing services personnel to ensure activities meeting business growth and budget targets. Directing and / or participate in contract negotiation process as appropriate.
14.Communicating marketing updates and customers needs/ complaints to improve overall service quality and to participate in service innovation and development.
15.Maintain and creating positive and productive working relationships with customers. Communicate revised laboratory operations or procedure to keep them properly informed.
16.Preparing, conducting and directing of business or marketing presentations for existing and potential customers.
1.B.S Degree in related field.
2.Five or more years working in the services and / or business development.
3.Superior English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
4.Excellent and proven communication skills.
5.Productive team player.
6.Documented training and experiences in conducting business presentations.
