1. Design, implement and maintain systems and internal controls in order to provide appropriate levels of security over resources and operations. Includes the implementation of policies and procedures stated in HQ Financial Manual.
2. Assist SFOM to manage the finance department and implement financial daily activities.
3. To ensure internal and external financial reporting that can be proven by external and internal audit.
4. Assist SFOM to prepare the annual budget according to prescribed format and standards.
5. Ensure all financial transactions are allowable, and compliant to HQ conditions/security standards.
6. Assist SFOM to monitor spending against approved budget and conduct continual reviews of program expenditures against annual budget.
7. Monthly financial analysis from various aspects.
8. Managing money transfers. This includes physical cash transfer and all national and international bank transfers. Ensure full and appropriate control and security of all WITS cash at all times.
9. Maintain security of database, including verification of data, closing, posting and reporting, as well as backing up and storing system data, in accordance with policy. Implement security systems of hard copies.
10. Any other tasks as requested by manager.
1. Bachelor degree above in Finance, Accounting.
2. At least 5 years experiences in Finance position with at least 3 years management experience.
3. Task oriented, be a good planner.
4. Excellent communication skills with written & spoken in Chinese and English.
5. Be mature, independent, honest, trustworthy, integrity & teamwork;
6. Computer skill (Office 2000);
7. EPR system knowledge, SAP is preferred
8. All the candidates should endure high pressure.
