2003年,宝马集团在中国的发展进入一个全新里程,从单纯的进口商转变为在本地设厂的生产厂商。2003年3月,宝马集团与华晨中国汽车控股有限公司签订合资企业合同,并于7月份正式成立华晨宝马汽车有限公司,生产厂位于沈阳。到项目中期,该合资企业的总投资将达4.5亿欧元,产能规划为每年3万辆BMW汽车。宝马集团持有该合资企业50%股份。

- Responsible for the measurement, reporting and effectiveness of all operational functions.Collaborate with management to ensure that the infrastructure of systems, processes and communication accommodate dealer and customer expectations.
- Establish and report KPI measurements with the SF3 operating region. Participate and contribute to Regional/Global PROCEED. Provide feedback and guidance to such initiatives to ensure they remain relevant and productive to the markets.
- Sets vision and direction for the Operations Department to ensure new programs and initiatives are in alignment with SF3-CN strategy. Coordinate development/project plans, obtain feedback, and provide guidance in learning new tasks (coaching and mentoring).
- Manage acceptance function while balancing BMW’s risk to dealer/customer satisfaction.
- Manage Customer Services area to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving optimum efficiency.
- Manage collections/recovery area consistent with portfolio targets. Set targets that reflect optimum collection/recovery ability and use of technology.
- Manage settlement area while maintaining high dealer satisfaction with portfolio soundness and accuracy.
- Review portfolio performance with department for the repeatable actions and those that need to be modified.
- Ensure that BMW has sound security in assets financed with proper legal documents, liens, registrations and insurance.
- Monitor the competitive environment to ensure all processes are current and efficient.
- Recruit an energetic, knowledgeable, high achieving, staff to ensure SF3-CN’s successful growth targets.
- Develop a culture of continuing process improvement. Foster the respectful challenge of the status quo, through cross department communication, mentoring, and team building.
- Business related bachelors degree required
- Familiarity of regulatory environment for Credit and Collections
- Knowledge of end user computing skills (Word, Excel)
- 7 – 10 years Operations experience including specific automotive Credit and Collection experience. Must be an expert in most operational disciplines.
- Current experience with automotive AFC or bank preferred.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Project and General Management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Automotive AFC or Bank Automotive lending.
