职位: Greater China Commercial Director

1. The Greater China Director of Commercial Finance will provide leadership to regional team of commercial specialists spanning Strategic Contracts, business practices and negotiation, efficiently providing high levels of service in facilitating business in the License LOB in accordance with Oracle Business Rules.
2. The Director of Commercial Finance will partner with sales teams and sales management to facilitate high quality business and transactional decision making and assist in commercial contract negotiations and deal structure.
3. This position will also be responsible for the research and implementation and leadership (via an appropriate manager) of a JAPAC wide centralized contracts function to provide standard non-negotiated contracts to other JAPAC Countries.
4. This position may incorporate administrative and fiduciary accountability for certain non-centralized finance functions as required.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Lead the Greater China Contracts and Business Practices Directors and Teams covering China, Taiwan and Hong Kong applying best human resource management practices.
2. Establish and lead the JAPAC shared multi-lingual contracts function in China
3. Develop a team with the expertise to draft non-standard contracts and support complex customer negotiations.
4. Leadership in complex contracts / commercial negotiations
5. Mastery of Oracle Business Practices, Revenue Recognition and Contract???ˉs disciplines.
6. Ensure high levels of process efficiency and consistency with global standard practice.
7. Engagement with key stake holders in the Services LOB's.
8. Strong understanding of Oracle Products and Services
9. Engagement with Legal, Revenue Recognition and Business Approvers.
10. Ensure consistent compliance as defined under Oracle's Sarbanes Oxley program.
Position Requirements
EXPERIENCE/Skills
1. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-10 years in a Senior Commercial Role or Law Firm.
2. Experience in complex customer / contract negotiations
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. English is Oracle's primary business however Mandarin is essential to this position.
4. Appreciation and sensitivity to Asian Cultures.
5. Outstanding people management and leadership skills in particular with respect to remote management.
6. Demonstrated ability to draft legally effective commercial contract terms.
7. Strong Mathematical aptitude.
8. Excellent Computer Skills and aptitude for systems and technology.
9. Excellent conflict resolution skills in high pressure/demanding sales environment.
10. Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high pressure environment
11. Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure
12. Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment.
13. Ability to handle and keep up with constant changes to products, policies, procedures, and people.
14. Ability to effectively prioritize.
15. Ability to communicate effectively and calmly.
16. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends and major holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, preferably, Law or Commerce.
2. Post Graduate qualifications e.g. MBA would be highly regarded
3. Mandarin and English language skill are essential.
