1. 本科其以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验

1. Be charge of internet advertisement sales in northern area, and finish the regional sales achievement arranged by company
2. Assist Sales Director in training and managing the sales department members
3. Be charge of big client development, management and relationship holding for its loyalty
4. Advance company’s brand image and influence
1、 负责华北区互联网广告销售，完成公司下达的区域团队业绩目标；
2、 能协助销售总监进行团队人员培养和日常管理；
3、 负责大客户的开发、关系维系和管理，提高客户的忠诚度；
4、 负责提升公司品牌和市场影响力；

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or higher
2. Experience in 4A company for 3 years at least, and familiar with characteristics of internet industry, advertisement product sales as well as media resources
3. Good ability of learning and adjustability. Able to lead department to achieve the sales goal at heavy pressure
4. Good ability of communication and negotiation, and can help client realize the sales conformity. Moreover search for client’s requirement and self-resource exactly
1、 具有国家正规大学本科以上学历；
2、 至少三年以上媒体4A广告公司从业经验，了解互联网行业特点，熟悉互联网广告产品销售，熟悉各类媒体资源；
3、 具有很强的学习能力和适应能力，能够在高强压力下带领团队完成销售目标；
4、 沟通协作能力强，思维敏捷，能够帮助客户实现整合营销，准确挖掘客户需求和自有资源；
5、 具有一年以上销售团队管理经验。
