职位: Digital Planning Supervisor-BJ

Job Description:
The Planning Supervisor interacts with clients, vendors and all levels of staff across assigned accounts and is responsible for defining and implementing media strategy as well as ensuring quality control across media planning and buying at an account level. Planning Supervisor manages Digital Planners and Executives, Traffickers and Analysts within the defined accounts, to ensure clients objectives and deliverables are met. Planning Supervisor works with other account internal and external groups to ensure integration and communication.
Responsibilities Include:
-Performing online strategic media planning against assigned clients using the OMD proprietary tools and processes.
-Accepting briefs from clients, establishing clear on-line goals in conjunction with offline planning team (as required) to provide integrated solutions
-Developing online strategies based on clear insights on target audiences and brief team / vendors / publishers on the required inputs to deliver outstanding plans
-Drive innovation and out of the box thinking to deliver new interactive media solutions – and monitor and report key learnings to other business account teams within the business.
-Manage a team of Digital Planners / Executives and take responsibility for training and development of the team.
-Take final responsibility for plan quality : innovative, on-brief, clear concise ideas, on-target and on-budget
-Draft and send out RFP's to Publishers and negotiate proposed elements from publishers
-Assist in presenting strategic media decks and plans to clients
-Understanding and actively seeking online media solutions to assist clients in achieving specific goals and objectives
-Implementing and maintaining and performing optimization efforts for online media campaigns
-Participate in regular media meetings with clients and providing insight into weekly and monthly online media results
-Maintaining and growing relationships with interactive media advertising representatives
-Maintaining knowledge of select ad serving tools (e.g. Allyes AFA, Doubleclick DART)
-Maintaining knowledge of current online media trends and provides training to staff when necessary
Skills / Qualifications:
-A minimum of 4-5 years of online media planning and negotiating experience or related experience
-Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related program
-Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin
-A complete knowledge of interactive marketing concepts and practices as well as a familiarity with offline media concepts
-Strong mathematic and analytical skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Experience with 3rd Party Adserver
-Working knowledge of online research tools such as iResearch iUserTracker, Nielsen AdRelevance and other media software tools
Experience analyzing complex data, market research, and formulating actionable plans
-Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
