职位要求：

本科其以上学历，8年以上相关工作经验
6个月内到位

主要职责：

1. Achieve division sales objectives through the management of the region's resources.
2. Train, motivate, and manage representative organizations and distributors to achieve assigned sales volume.
3. Identify and develop regional and national accounts.
4. Sell direct to assigned key accounts.
5. Provide technical support for representative force and region's customer base.
6. Recommend market pricing strategies for major business opportunities.
7.Develop and implement short and long term strategic plans to support company objectives.
8. Provide market research to inform company of business and product trends and competitive conditions in the region.
9. Assist with the development and implementation of Marketing plans.
10. Maintain travel and entertainment expenses within guidelines.
11. Accept other temporary assignments as required.

用人要求：

1、A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in electrical or electronics engineering, is desirable.
2、Previous experience in power quality or electrical/electronic equipment sales.
3、Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components and systems, and a working knowledge of power quality and its implications.
4、Previous sales management experience is preferred.
5、Excellent organizational skills.
6、Superior communications skills (oral and written).
7、Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
8、Proficiency in written and spoken English desirable .

Working Conditions:
Position requires extensive travel (up to 80%) with long and somewhat unpredictable work hours.
