职位: Sales Manager --北京、广州
- 本科其以上学历,8年以上相关工作经验
- 4个月内到位
Responsibilities:
1. Work independently to explore the market and search for the business opportunity in the field of food service in North China.
2. Approach and maintain good relationship with target key accounts in North China.
3. Continuously improve the customer satisfaction through the strategic and tactical methods in the region.
4. Conduct sales meeting and communicate new strategies to the sales account force, supervise and train subordinates.
5. Establish sales account quotas and achieve regional sales target as required by company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related.
2. 5 to 8 years sales working experience with at least 3 years as Sales Manager in MNC, especially in food service field. New market development experience is preferred.
3. Proven performance for converting accounts from competition.
4. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Desired:
Knowledge of Water Treatment industry's products and services is a plus
