职位要求：
- 本科其以上学历，8年以上相关工作经验
- 5个月内到位
主要职责：
Construction Project Manager for the international expansion as construction leader for China
Responsibilities :
- Site supervision of the construction execution (cost, quality, conformity between planning and contract execution, adherence to the governmental permits and obligation)
- Checking, evaluating and releasing the planning of the draft, permit and implementation (completeness, technology, cost, conformity between rules and contracts, adherence to local rules and standards of the construction permit)
- Solving operational problems on site
- Representation of Nordex in contacts with the local governments and the contractors
- Interfacing with Nordex Germany – International Expansion
- Checking and releasing the plans, drawings and materials
- Participating in the construction meetings and inspections
- Participating in the creation and checking of inspection documents
- Change management
- Claim management
- Checking the correctness and completeness of the existing documents
- Supervision of the remedy of the defects during the implementation phase
- Creating the documents about the follow-up during the warranty period
- Participating in the evaluation of quotations and contract awards
- Documentation of the construction progress
- Checking invoices
- Coordination of the construction supervisors HVACR
用人要求：
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Construction /Civil Engineering or related
- Experience in general building construction
- Experience in industry and commercial building construction with turnkey contract
- Basic knowledge of bearing structure planning
- Basic knowledge of construction foundations (understanding and evaluating the construction ground assessment)
- Basic knowledge of the HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electric technology)
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Knowledge of international and local construction and building codes
- Background in the area of construction or construction supervision
- Be able to travel.
