SUMMARY
This position is responsible for developing business to match the organization's short-term and long-term needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Harmonize customers' requirements in IT industry
2.Support to conduct business Performance
3.Maintain stable and close relationship with our clients
4.Prepare and accomplish presentations
5.Manage business development process, including preparing and tracking contracts, preparing and forwarding cost request, and tracking orders.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1.Strong IT knowledge, a wide experience in IT Industry (at least 3 years) some experiences of IT outsourcing industry
2.Education/Major: Technical education with commercial experience or contrariwise
3.Possess good communication skills to transmit information to various customer groups.
4.Experience in management/team work
5.Regularly submit monthly reports detailing activities, sales, expenses and budgets
6.Competent interpersonal and communication skills.Skills should include both verbal and written communications to all levels of the organization
7.Willing to travel extensively
8.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
9.Personal Quality: teamwork skills, analytical and structured approach, cross-functional thinking , intercultural sensibility , self initiative , conflict management , lead, organization and coordination ability , ability to work under pressure
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1.Candidate perfectly have strong sense in sale and business development
2.Good relationship with IT industries will be a big plus.
