本科其以上学历，8年以上相关工作经验
6个月内到位

主要职责：

Job Description
Control and supervise overall sales & marketing operation; Lead and coach the Sales & Marketing Team;
Responsible for setting up, training, maintaining the Sales & Marketing Team and standardizing the operation guideline
Collect & analyze the market conditions; design sales & marketing plans and strategies
Communicate & cooperate with the other divisions or teams actively

Job Requirements
- Over 8 years of working experience in the field of Advertising, Media or Marketing; having developed and maintained clients; having a clear understanding & unique ideas about media industry; (experience in 4A ad. company will be an advantage)
- Keen market insight & accurate customer analysis ability; having clear time management skill and service mind; having leadership & interpersonal communication skill & strong sense of responsibility
- Strong sense of creativity and business development ability
- Possessing great market development ability, project handling, team management skill, outstanding negotiation skill
- Familiar with recent managerial trend, able to organize the team with strong execution ability, leading the Sales & Marketing team to complete all the tasks
- Proficient in spoken & written English (Korean or Japanese will be an advantage)
Annual Salary Package: over 250,000
Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum)
Profession Background: Field of Advertising, PR or Marketing
Age: 30 ~ 45 Years old
Gender: No Preferences

薪酬待遇： 税前年薪 25万—35万 预计截止时间：2024/5/16
