Location: Beijing / Shanghai
Lead a team to manage and deliver benefit program implementation and administration. Manage relationship and service level of FESCO BJ/SH/GZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Key contact on all company benefit plans. Key contact for FESCO BJ/SH/GZ
Lead benefit plan admin.team and be responsible for benefit plan launch and daily administration, including:
oPartners with C&B on benefit plan design, new benefit launch and vendor agreement renewal
oPartners with C&B on Annual Benefits Review
oManages benefit plans, including employee communication, enrollment, termination, process setup and improvement, vendor management and payment, etc.
oManages relationship with benefit plan vendors to guarantee the service level and smooth implementation
Manage FESCO BJ/SH/GZ and guarantee the service level.
oSupervise the work of all FESCO Desk helpers across China.
oManage the collaboration of MS with FESCO, including:
§of setting Service Level Agreement and ensure FESCO service quality.
§Streamline FESCO processes and maintain consistency among each FESCO
§Provide support to FESCO to improve their management on contractors
§Monitor FESCO's service level and guarantee legal compliance, including p-file setup, social benefit transfer and contribution.
oWork with FESCO on HuKou application for campus hires
Works on special projects as needed
Qualifications:
7+ years HR experiences including 5 years in benefits management and/or HR transaction experience as well as at least 2 years people management experience. BA/BS degree in related field is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication, project management and interpersonal skills. Be able to manage customer service requirements.
Be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints. Ability to manage multi-task in a good time management manner.
A good team player who is result orientated. The ability to work independently to achieve results. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
Excellent English with both oral and writing.
