职位: Infrastructure Service Director (Asia Pacific)

As a member of Senior Leadership team for Global Infrastructure Services, the position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the support and delivery of highly available IT infrastructure services for SanDisk's regional headquarters in China and other sites throughout Asia Pacific and India. The position will manage a budget and staff consisting of full-time employees, contractors and outsourced service providers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for leadership of all aspects of the Infrastructure services organization for all sites within the JAPAC region including but not limited to:
Datacenter Management: Management of regional datacenters, asset management, lights-out remote management, capacity planning and forecasting, Network Operations Center (NOC), disaster recovery, etc.
Infrastructure Operations: Unix/Linux, Storage, Windows, Messaging and Network administration.
End User Services: Helpdesk and Desktop Support
Executive/Event Support: IT Support of Sr. Management and large scale SanDisk events.
Other responsibilities include:
Management of outsourced vendors, creation and enforcement of formal SLA's. Serve as a "follow the sun" outsource engagement manager through coordination with peer Regional Directors.
Coordination with Facilities and Infrastructure Engineering teams to ensure delivery of IT infrastructure for new (and existing) regional sites and expansions.
Develop and adhere to detailed budgets; Generate comprehensive status reports and detailed and actionable metrics. Ensure adherence of operational policies, procedures, and expectations.
The successful candidate will have experience managing IT Operations in an ITIL environment (ITIL certification preferred) and posses outstanding leadership, team building and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
Additionally, the candidate must possess a high degree of detail and process orientation with the demonstrated ability to drive the structure and discipline required to deliver consistency in execution and organizational maturity.
Experience working as part of a globally distributed senior management team that is tightly aligned and focused on communication, collaboration and teamwork.
Experience in managing successful transitions to Outsource IT service providers highly desirable.
7+ years technical management experience in an Operational role with the 5+ years managing large capital and operating expense budgets. 2 years experience managing technical projects and people. Experience managing multiple data centers and sites, as well as, developing the strategies used to maintain highly available operational environments and satisfied IT end users.
Four-year college degree with preferred major in computer science or other technical field (may be substituted by appropriate experience). Advanced degree in business administration or computer science is desirable.
