职位: 副业务总监Associate Account Director (OgilvyOne)(北京)
- 本科其以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验

The Associate Account Director must use his/her experience of the discipline to drive constant improvement. The job scope covers: client service, development of customer insights based on data, development of direct marketing and interactive strategy and lead generation programs.
Delivering on this wide scope of work entails getting the most out of the team (Account Managers, Account Executives, Creative, Data Service, and Analytics Team) through effective delegation, project and time management.
A previous background in Direct Marketing in either Agency or Client Role is preferred. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Be good at planning, collecting and allotting resources;
DG strategy, planning and execution is MUST and 1st priority;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Far-sighted, deep-thinking and accurate with good understanding of the philosophy and practice of "Brand Stewardship";
Experienced in providing service for International Clients in Agency;
With very good English in both written and oral;
At least 3-4 years working experience with Agency.
