You must be:
1. Outgoing, honest and you like to work hard and are currently working in a well known 5 Star Hotel as an HR Manager/Director or Assistant Manager/Director
2. You have good experience recruiting large numbers of quality hospitality staff from the provinces, with connections and contacts that you can bring to this job
3. Your job experience has focused on training and recruitment
4. You have at least 8 years experience in similar work and you are proactive, confident and capable in managing a team of staff
5. Interested to work as part of a large opening which will be one of Beijing's busiest, high profile restaurants!
6. You want to work with a friendly team of professional staff!
7. You are looking for an excellent company that allows you to develop your career with competitive salary and benefits!
8. Very Good level of English.
