1) Meets and exceeds the expectations of the employees by utilizing leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction of direct reports
Develops and implements strategies to achieve Employee Satisfaction Index goals
Selects qualified employees and provides orientation and training
Creates a positive work environment for all employees
Determines and communicates standards of performance to employees. Evaluates employees performance on a regular basis and recommends salary increase as appropriate
Develops employees to maximize potential and prepare for future promotional opportunities by conducting counseling sessions, determining developmental needs and allowing these needs to be met
2) Implements state guiding principle and policy about personnel, sets up long-term plan and annual plan of hotel human resources
3) Sets up manning budget, balance labor quota and labor management comprehensively
4) Sets up personnel rules and regulations about recruitment, hire, transfer, evaluation, promotion, award and punishment, and monitor to put them into effect
5) Adjusts manning organization in reasonable way. Sets up training plan for employee and strengthen the forecast and management about human resources
6) Sets up training plan for employees, audits annual training schedule and plans how to use the training fees
7) Sets up benefit policy for staff, puts the all items of labor policy issued by government into effect, improves working environment and condition for staff
8) Accomplishes the training work instructed by the General Manager
9) Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
